Walked all over the National Mall & the Jefferson Memorial, White House, etc. 9.91 miles on my pedometer, 46 minutes of it at aerobics rate. I have so much to be thankful for. I feel steeped in history & wonder, and ready for more.

Tomorrow we're doing the DC Memorial Heritage Tour. I'm doing ok with my eating and getting exercise. There isn't a DVD player in our room so no exercise DVD, but there is plenty to do to burn calories.

I'm tired out, so I'll just say hello to everybody here. Hope you're all well!

I haven't been to Washington in 48 years. I was just a kid. Sounds like lots of fun and exercise too.
