Okay I've not entered anything into my food dusty today. went to Lords to watch my nephew play cricket in the under 10s final. And my parents insisted on going for a really nice Chinese this evening.

I was good on that I drank only diet coke and water, but i suspect i ate 2500 calories or more this evening and i didn't note down amounts. but I'm not going to worry about it! One day in 81 isn't going to kill me. but I'm not expecting much of a loss this week with 2 meal out even with my fast day.

Not to mention that finding equivalent foods on a mobiles phone is beyond irritating and mostly impossible.

EDIT

I went ahead and estimated tonight's dinner... I can't find crispy seaweed on the menu and that's probably another 500 calories... Lets just say that being generous I ate somewhere approaching 3000 calories... Oh well :(

The main thing is that you are being honest with yourself. There's nothing wrong with a blow out or a treat as you know you will be back on the wagon the next day. To put it in context look at how well you have done, one day off is not a failure. Keep it up :)

Hi, one day out of 81 is brilliant. Some say that a binge now & then can help the weight loss. I found this for you if it helps? I'm more concerned that I've had 2 blowouts in 1 week... But that said the first wasn't that much over my daily allowance. And there was no way in hell I was going to miss meeting up with a friend while he was down here as we hadn't seen one another in 5+ years. I'm certainly not going to worry about it. But my parents go off to York on Monday then back to Spain at the end of the month. And my friend is off back to Sheffield tonight after the Paralympics finish (He's been working in the computer centre for LOCOG for both the Olympics and Paralympics), so I will be fully back on track tomorrow.

I might give myself 2-3 weeks back on the lower calorie limits in November just to make up for the last couple of weeks though.
