Mad at myself dor drinking so much last night. Even though I stayed under my calories consumed, it still pnts out my inability to moderate. I only meant to have one glass of wine, but...well Ihad a lot more than that. I need to learn to control that and my diet! Glad I still lost though.
170.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
