Hello All. I wanted to record an entry before I go workout. I haven't been checking in lately. I've being doing ok up until this week. Not sure what my problem is. It seems I am looking for a taste or a texture to satisfy and nothing seems to satisfy. So I feel as if I am eating everything in sight. Fortunately I have continued to workout. I've got to get it together. My goal for the rest of the week is to watch what I am putting in my mouth. AND, I don't mean oh look there it goes right in my mouth. I mean the content of what I actually do put in. I am going to commit to start the detox phase 1 on Monday. I think at my height I can safely commit to losing 5 more llbs. Let me not kid myself plus the 2 to 3 I've probably added on this week. I will wait to weigh in Monday morning so to get an accurate read for my detox. I hope everyone is doing great!

It happens to the best of us, don't worry about it, just get back on track on Monday. Sometimes it's good to get a little break.

It defiantly happens to the best of us, but you are doing so great and hitting your goal is the #1 best thing ever! You will be surprised at how much just exercising is doing for you! Keep your chin up, I bet you are doing better then you think!! Good luck on Monday!

Well, if you have gained 2 or 3 lbs, at least that's all you've gained. You're catching it before it gets worse. Way to stay on top of it. :)
