Lost a little weight and that is great and I still have a long ways to go but at least I am losing now. Today I go to visit my sister and that will be good but must make sure I don't over eat.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
