Week two on Medifast. I am very pleased to see a drop in weight again. I am finding that I do not struggle with saying no to other foods. Spent the weekend in San Diego where I am usually looking forward to dinner at some new place. Not this weekend! I was content with sitting dockside and watch the boats come in. It was a realization that this is working. My biggest challenge was finding hot water to make lunch! Life can be so complicated...... lol

Congratulations! Isn't it exciting to see the scale drop. I live in San Diego wasn't it a beautiful weekend? When I first started medifast I got to that point were I quit craving all those other foods, but I have not been so strict lately and the cravings are coming back and stong. Don't do what I did....stay strong till the end.

Thank you for the tip! I sat and ate ceviche at Point Loma Seafood and passed the crackers off to my husband. I usually look forward to the fish and chips and Greek, Cuban and Japanese food we usually hit while we are there, but I didn't even feel like I was missing out on anything! Next week I will start exercising again and hopefully the weather here will get cooler to walk outside! You can get back there to the beginning and start dropping weight again too! I wiped out my previous weights and started like this is the beginning of my journey. So I don't see how much further I have to go, I only look at 10lbs at a time :)
