Dropped and that is a great way to start the day and I feel this is a good step in the right direction and it is nice to lose. I want to join a local gym and that would be great as I need it to lift a few weights and stay focused on exercise, eating healthy and losing weight.
192.8 lb Lost so far: 40.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
