Shirley had another 'do' this morning and we had to send for an ambulance. Tony is with her at the hospital, they're wondering whether to keep her or not and want to do more tests.
So I've eaten - not too badly - rice and cheese and macadamia nuts.
Now, hopefully, I'm back to fasting.
