Sitting here with a cat on my lap, barley able to write. How much fin is that :-)
It was a great day. I went with my daughter and her boyfriend on a trip into the sound out off Mystic. It was a little rough but that's what I like. On the way back into the harbor the engine gave out and we were drifting for quite some time before we were towed in. It did not spoil the day, at least not for me. Hope a solution for the engine problem is found soon and it will not be too expensive.
I headed home, packed, and went over to my friends. Am house/cat sitting in a very nice place for this week. Fed the cats, watered the pants in the conservatory (takes about 1h), and then had a nice relaxing bath in the hot tub which is located in the conservatory. Feels like a jungle :-)
Now I am sitting h=in the living room, and as I said, have the cat in my lap and can barley reach the laptop. I like it a lot since the youngest of the cats is very shy, I never get so see her, the middle one is okay, but Louis seems to enjoy the closeness. That has never happened before and I am quite surprised and pleased.
As far a food was concerned today, I did not record it but there was nothing I was not supped to eat. I had a hard time to get enough food.
Have some leftovers from the picnic which I will eat tomorrow and since I did not weigh it I will have a hard time to record it. Oh well, I am not worried, ti fits in perfectly.
I hope everyone had a nice day as mine was. Now looking forward into a fresh week.
