I didn't weigh all weekend and this morning when I did weigh, I was down 1.2 lbs...yay!! Going to the Michael Buble concert tonight at the Fox in Atlanta. My friends and I are going to ger drinks and dinner before but I will stick as close as I can to SBD.
Food: B - Fiberone w/ FF soy milk L - Salad with feta chz, tomatoes, and light raspberry/walnut vin. D - No telling - eating out with friends.
Workout - 30 mins on treadmill (1.5 incline at 3.5mph) 10 mins weight training
