No weigh in today. I was bad yesterday and had 2 chipsahoy cookies. Shame on me. But I had crab legs and a salad for dinner so it wasn't too bad. I almost didn't get up to exrecise this morning...I had every intention of sleeping until 6:30. But right after I turned my alarms off, I felt guilty and dragged my butt out of bed to workout. I know it is better for me so I am glad I guilted myself into it.
Food:
B - 3 eggs scrambled with cheese and 2 turkey sausages (I was hungry) L - lettuce and tuna in a whole wheat tortilla and a small side salad D - ?? Everytime I have something planned my darling boyfriend wants something else. I am hoping for shrimp and zucchini since I didn't get that yesterday.
Workout - 30 mins on treadmill (1.64 mi with 0 incline) cleaned out the pool yesterday for about 30 mins and that is a workout. Hoping to swim again today.
