Therapeutic ride yesterday...good Sunday morning..my first ride outside since my surgery on May 29 to fix what a bicycle wreck messed up...it was a much needed ride for me...as before the ride...I wasn’t sure if riding outside again would even be something I wanted...I actually rode the same route but the other direction ..the route that I was on when I crashed...did 10.5 miles...in 45 min...ave speed 11.6 ave speed...18.4 top speed...didn’t feel that fast at all..

Today’s ride..either inside on zwift...or outside like yesterday...91 yesterday..not counting the humidity..not sure what that was...and didn’t really care..was all about getting outside and enjoying the ride...

Green tea is gone..time to make breakfast..get this day started once again...

Great to hear Mike!! Thnx again for the support and encouragement. PS; bought a new bike last Friday before heading on vacation...2018 demo in my size. Saved a bunch due to it being a demo but it looks like new. Hope your week ahead is awesome too, take care!!

Haven’t got any peddling in yet...but after lunch gonna get on bike/trainer an zwift...little sore in shoulder from hitting holes in road that I had forgot where they was..decided to let shoulder get rest on trainer today...

Got my zwift ride in...10.1 miles....40:41 on time....2 fans going in room...sweat pouring off..well worth it

Well done - I m, really happy for you. I am a once a week rider and we did 10 miles - but I average 10-12 miles per hour and think I am "speedy" - someday I might get an expensive bike. I have a Specialized that was about $600 - that is my range right now.

Cheap bike or expensive bike...still takes the desire to ride...more you ride...more you learn..like anything...I love ❤️ to ride...to bad...I didn’t get bit by the bicycle 🚲 bug til later in life...

Right now still fine tuning my ride - today we changed up to my third seat. Hope to get a couple more rides in before it gets too cold out for me.
