I finally fit into my size 8 dress without looking like overstuffed sausage! Going to the nice restaurant tonight, by the way...:-) When I was modelling in front of the mirror my dog came to check if there is something interesting going on - "Nothing, really, no food... ugh...stupid humans..."

My wake up call was when I started to wear my husband's T-shirts, because all of mine looked funny on me.
Not only I fit into this dress I bought 10 years ago, but I am also off my high blood pressure pills...:-)

The dress is kind of out of fashion since it is that old, but who cares...lol... it looks like new.
We have a family joke about my husband's suit - its so many years old but it still looks like new, since he wears it on the occasions: our wedding, funerals, our daughter graduation ball... and if he will keep up his weight it will be still good to wear at his own funeral and we can save the money! We live in Florida and we are the country folk, so we do not wear formal often...too hot...
