I have decided to use the Eat to Live diet to change my life. I have been following the diet for 3 days now. I am a type II diabetic, and my primary concern is taking too much insulin and becoming hypoglycemic. My blood sugar crashed today down to 57. I had not been that low for a long time and I felt awful. I had to eat some fiber bars that contained sugar in order to get my blood sugar back up to normal levels. It is now 161. I will call my Dr to find out about healthy choices to have on hand whn my blood sugar falls and to find out if my insulin need to be reduced.
