Day 14/115

Nuts and cheese are my downfall. We're going away tomorrow - just for one night to see how Shirley copes with a carer - so I roasted nuts to take with us - and of course I ate a lot. We're going to Glastonbury tomorrow and then over to Avebury for the night & Wednesday - 2 of our favourite places

I'm sad that I am going to have to give up eating nuts and cheese. Nuts because I eat far, far too many once I start and cheese because it puts weight on me.

I doubt I'll be back on here before Thursday after today. So have a good few days everyone - may your God(dess) smile on you.

I am the same way with nuts. Can't stop myself once I start eating them.

I know how you feel I have fibromyalgia and spondlitus IBS irritable leg syndrome depression and anxiety low vitamin d deficiency OCD and when I got on the scales last night I thought that it was time to get this sorted I'm struggling to get motivated to lose weight and tone up I have quite a few bits in to workout at home and dvd I really want to do this but I'm afraid that my motivation will give in what do you do about your diet when your fibromyalgia is playing up and you just can't be bothered with it all?

Have you tried drying chick peas, adding spices etc for flavouring and baking em in the oven? Not a bad substitute😊

Jacshadow, not as soft as nuts but tasty and good for you and lower cals than peanuts😊
