Yay, today is the start of the new challenge. I'm so looking forward to it. Now, truth be told, I always get excited by something new, and after a few weeks it's just a struggle and fight.

What I like about this challenge is that it is stepped. So I could be excited by something new every few weeks. One thing is, I am already in keto. But, I can start some sit-ups, I've been wanting to do that. So, during this challenge I will do crunches 6 days a week.

To everyone who wants to lose over 20 lbs before Christmas, YAY, let's do this. Even if you are not keto, I wish you success in your plan and WOE. To all you who reached your goal, thanks for cheering us on!

remember though mate ABS are like every other muscle and need to recover.
