Howdy ya'll, "little Texas humor" I hope you all are doing great. I unfortunately am not. After 9 weeks of going strong I am up 1.5 lbs. I am doing everything I can to break even and not have a gain by Saturday..... I have been working out every day but my energy level has been zapped since I was sick. I have eaten alot of soup, hense more sodium, and even sweet tea and kool-aid because everything else tasted blah. I know this is the last lap so if anyone has any clever tricks to help me lose 1 1/2 in 2 days I am all ears.

Hey Slim! If you have been having a lot of sodium, it's most likely water weight. Drink plenty of fluid over the next couple of days, and it probably go back down. Keep Burning Rubber!!!

Try tea with xylitol or honey in it instead of sugar, and lots of water... low sodium soups, veggiesssssssss!! You can do it!!

I agree its probably water weight, drink lots of fluids so your body will start releasing it and you might be surprised in a few days with a nice loss. Hope you are feeling better and get your strenth back soon. Im confindent you will be able to get a loss this week, your chart is just fantastic! Don't worry about it too much.

Don't fret! Drink lots of liquids, go light on the salt and don't eat too late at night. If you are up to exercise, burn some calories. If not, try to eat as light as you can. You've done so well already. Everything will work out!

Hang in there.My sister was at a steady weight for 2 weeks before she started losing again without any change in diet or exercize. Sometimes we hit a wall. Just keep doing the right things and you will be fine.
