Blood draw 1:30 pm yesterday, email from my doctor at 4:19. My low serum sodium (hyponatremia) has dropped even more in 2 weeks, and she is concerned. It's low enough to cause serious health problems. Last night I started lowering the dosage of a medication I take for nerve pain, the most likely culprit. The good news is that this situation could be contributing to my memory issues (instead of my MS) and should be reversible.

Soccer last night was great; Pilots Women beat 8th ranked North Carolina. Four Olympians (Pilots women's soccer alum) were there. I got pictures of the 2 Canadian bronze medal winners signing autographs; Sophie Schmidt held up her medal & smiled at me for it. It was very hot out, but I drank cold water & used a ice pack to cool myself. The usual breeze on the Bluff helped, too.

We had a nice dinner before the game; partner had spaghetti & meatballs, while I had a nice green salad with albacore tuna, white beans, red onion, red pepper, capers, & probably a bit to much of a nice vinaigrette (no bread). I was able to resist the kettlecorn even though the guy that sits behind us offered some of his mondo huge bag. I did have a Dole frozen strawberry bar. I thought it was way too sweet; too bad they didn't sell Trader Joe's Caribbean Fruit Floes; they're sweet, but taste like real fruit, and their sweetness comes from fruit. & fruit juice. Less calories, too.

Today is my day off after 6 days in a row of one-hour exercise classes & lots of cooking, baking, shopping, and more. So far on this day of rest, I've stripped the the beds, washed & dried the sheets, made the beds with clean sheets, did more laundry, etc.
