Well I am feeling better today not as sore but oh course I have motrin in my system and took some prenatal vitamins.. No I am not preganct. I just take them because my iron runs low and they seem not to upset my stomach like other vitamins.

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 August 2012:

Rock ON with that elliptical - or however you spell it LOL. I know soreness at the start of exercise...walking would make me sore st the start an now I can do so much more. So, little by little your body will adjust - be sure to eat enough calories to fuel you body processes and exercise. I go for 1200 an even though my food diary looks less - I assume I probably get a little more so I amke room for the possibility of underestimating.

Ya I try to get in 1200 cals..lol.. funny I have been watching calories so good I eat so much healthy stuff that I am so full. But I find way to get my cal intake in..lol. Funny never thought i would ever have that problem. I could sit at mcdonals and eat like probably 3000 cals at a sitting. I sometimes wonderhow many cals was I actally taking in. With Mcdonnels food and buffet at the chinease food place. So glad I am doing so well

I undertand about the chinese and fries - I always wonder how much SODIUM I was consuming. Yikes, right?
