Day 25.. I am so sore today. I think its because I really pushed my body yesterday on the eliptical machine to a lil over 2 miles. I thought it would be okay cause I did 1 mile for only 15mins and like 6 hours laters I went and did another mile in 15 mins. Even though I am hurting I still got on that machine tonight and did my one mile. Going to take a nice hot bath when I get home. Also it may help with my bloatness.. Dame cycles..lol

Great job on pushing through and exercising through the soreness. Pushing yourself is fine when it's "mind over matter", but just make sure you stay aware of the difference between soreness (meaning you just had a kick-ass workout) and actual pain (meaning you have overdone yourself). A nice long hot bath is a great reward for all your hard work. Another thing that is going to be helpful, is stretching AFTER exercise. When I was consistent, it made me feel so good and my body actually craved it. I have noticed a BIG difference (and not a positive one) since I have not been exercising or stretching at all here recently.

Yeah, I know what you are saying. I was just there a few days ago. That elliptical will kick your butt. I always take a hot bath after I exercise and it seems to help me. Great job doing 2 miles on the elliptical!

thanks guys. I am still going to exercise but just take it a lil lighter today cause my lower back is sore today. So going to do just as much but at a slower pace.

You're doing well to listen to your body, and to not push as hard while sore yet still get moving on that machine. I used to love the elliptical; what a great workout.
