When you go on vacation - make sure to have wifi to update your FS journal, else you will STRUGGLE to get back into gear once you return! Terrible eating weekend and "didn't care." Still kept working out but just chose to not journal for food and ate and then thought about logging and really didn't want to see it in black and white. Just easier to not log in and mire myself in denial. #bettertoday
