Today's message was "No More Cheat" and you cannot tell me God does not do some pretty awesome things when we least expect it. Today's workout was Core Synergetics and though I didn't do everything in the same reps as the video showed, I did my best.

P90x core synergetics.. No bonus round. No walking pushups. 5lb dumbbells. 15 reps. Boat pose started off good (5 reps with 5 sec hold) and had to switch to half boat to complete the 15 repa. 5 prison cell push-ups (very modified). 15 side hip raise was more of a leg and abdominal move. During plank run, my left hip kept popping. 9 superman holds (followed video and did not do banana.) Banana rolls...didn't do rolling over on stomach due to small space restrictions, but did back and side versions. With lunge and press ended up doi ng 16 reps. Today's photo was an old ad for Beachbody. I remembered seeing it after P90 workouts...and it was ever a welcome reminder of the "why." Well, it was on today after this workout and I really needed to see this. Thanks God for the wink. Who could believe that He had that plan when I set up my schedule earlier this year...that I would need to have this reminder today? #Godissocool
