18 Miles. Max speed 26.8 m/h. Avg speed 13.6 m/h. Up 1.1 since last weeks check.
Brought money this time and bought a couple of young coconuts from a farmer along the way. Bit tricky to tie them on the bike, but it went well. 😛

Chesgreen LOL. Battery was dead on the mobile I had with me while the snake entertains my day. The GPS map thing drained the retired phone battery a bit quicker than expexcted. Thought about taking photo today, but it slipped. Got busy in a conversation. Will aim for better brother. Never been a selfie guy, but could give it a go.

You know those coconut bras? I just had an image of a man wearing a bra with coconuts filling out the cups lol. Since that’s not very practical or comfortable perhaps investing on own of those baskets or bags for the bike might be nice. A bag hat could be folded up when not in use yet still attached to the bike with a couple bucks in it for the next time you want to make a purchase :). Great job today!

peeperjj Appreciate that suggestion. Would make it a lot easier to use the bike for shopping. Saw eggs for sale too, but did not chance that. 😨 Fresh meat too. Will have to try to find a bag/basket. Whenever that tummy go flat, I may have to take a coconut bra pic for you. LOL.

broncomba Thank you. Went in with the theory of threating my body like a pet that I needed to nurish back to health. Bit like seeing a mistreated horse, then focus on feeding it right, let it go out for a run in a stressless environment. Seems to work. Feel relief by not feeling a need to force anything. Just hang around, while healing and health happens in it's own pace. Tried forcing before... didn't work long term.
