This has been a bad week for my eating. I had a bingefest on Sunday, then did okay until yesterday, then I pretty much existed on peanut butter and tortilla chips. I was not feeling well, and I really didn't even have the energy to cut up fruit or veggies, so I was lazy and had zero will power. Today I'm still not feeling 100%, I ate a donut this morning, and I'm debating my workout this evening. I'll see if I have a fever when I'm off work, and that will be what makes the decision on my workout. I think I could do the workout, but I won't push myself if I have a fever, or I know I'll just be worse off tomorrow. Anyway, I'm going to concentrate on meal planning for next week and doing as well as I can each day. I feel like I've been moving backwards this past week or two, so I need to work on why that is and how to fix it when I start the backslide.
