depends on what kind of diet you are on but you can pick correct choices just about anywhere.

I don't know what that is, but it has food options you need to chose whatever type of diet it is. You can pick and chose the safe items in your diet just about anywhere. I am keto which is low carb. so I don't eat the breads etc. most places have the calorie and macro breakdown on line so you can research for what works in your restrictions. I am guessing you know your choices, like no refined sugars or refined flours, eating more whole foods. Even Wendy's has a healthy salad option. just don't eat the things you are not supposed to have.

Depends on how sleepy I am. If I’m not falling asleep, I’ll go to some place like Outback, Cracker Barrel, etc. If I’m sleepy and hungry, my choice will be McDonald’s. Eat fast and leave. :)

note: fast food salads are a healthy alternative but very high in sodium.

Hubby and I just finished a road trip. We packed food for lunches as our hotels had breakfast options (we chose yogurt and fruit). We did eat in restaurants and chose things like club sandwiches that we really like; easy to remove extra bread if you don't want it. Fruit or tomato slices on the side. We went to Carl's Jr. one day and got onion rings and they were so gross to me after being off deep fried food for so long. I had 2 and then blech.

Panera bowls/salad, 6”Subway subs, Steamed Chinese Chicken/Veggies, or Wendy’s for chili, baked potato, or salad.

Depends on if I want to make time or not. If I want to make time I pack a cooler. If I don’t I stop at places like Cracker Barrel.
