1990 kcal Fat: 71.07g | Prot: 195.83g | Carb: 112.92g.   Breakfast: Calorie Countdown Low Carb Milk, Wheat bran, blueberry oikos organic greek yogurt , Blackberries , Old Fashioned Oats, Decaffeinated Espresso Coffee. Lunch: Creamy Peanut Butter, Snow Peas, Reduced Fat String Cheese, 2% Lowfat Small Curd Cottage Cheese. Dinner: Steamed or Boiled Lobster, Beef Top Loin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade) , Cooked Spinach (from Fresh). Snacks/Other: Orange Liqueur, Fresh Lime Juice, No Sugar Added Tapioca Pudding, Tequila, Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar. more...
