My macros are about the same as yours. I have trouble getting the right % protein. I checked out your goal time line. Impressive. 👍

Thank you so much, Jen and Jackie. I try to stay on top of it. Weigh myself (at this point) daily, log food and exercise everyday - 30 min to an hour. Sometimes I miss the protein % but usually get somewhere near it. When I am made aware by logging -I try to correct. I am sure , if I didn't log, it would be easy to get into trouble with not enough protein... At this point I am amazed....when I started Keto in May/June 2017, I never would have believed I could do this... but just a day at a time....Fat Secret community keeps me on the ball almost effortlessly.
