Happy Saturday, fs! Today is last day of t25! Was supposed to be yesterday but i felt really creaky and cranky, so i took it off. I have double day of ripped circuit and speed 2.0. I redid week 6, and i did joggle some of the days from time to time, but for the most part i stuck to the program.

I will report out my official stats tomorrow, when i am officially done. I think i am going to redo it over the next 10 weeks. I also want to get back to cize. I will be travelling in September, so will see if i can adapt.

For the last three nights, i have been snacking late. Just haven't been able to keep out of the nuts and chips. Hoping for a good wi tomorrow, but thinking this may not be my week.

Okay i better get to it before it gets gross and hot. Hope everyone is having a nice Saturday!

Good job! Stay the course? Looks like what you have been doing up to now has been working? :) :) Good for being honest about the late night snaking. For me it is the single most damaging thing to my diet.

Gross and hot 👎! Yep - hate the heat and humidity, actually like the MN winter 🤪. It’s extremely hazy up here due to the wildfires in Canada.

I hate the winters, and the summers, lol. I just get crankier and crankier as i age. It is hazy here from those fires too.

My husband had AC put in our 100 year old House last year bc I complained about the heat so much 😳

@adef, ty, you are always so motivating! @crazy8, are you in mn? My house is the same vintage but it had ac by the time i came along. Did wo until i was 35 and i can't go back. Especially because the attic gets 20 degrees hotter than the main level. @lenaberdecia, ty! Um, i am a dancer in my mind, lol. I took ballet for years as a kid, and i always wanted to learn to hip hop dance as an adult. So i am doing hip hop exercise dvds. I also have thought about taking ballroom dance lessons, but one thing at a time. 😁

Actually, also, there is a fitness studio that just opened up next to the neighborhood liquor store (so i am going there anyway, lol) and i noticed they have African dance classes. I might be interested in checking those out, but i feel like i need to strengthen my abs and back (and get over myself) before i would attempt it.
