Well, they aren't my skinny clothes, just my not-quite-so-fat clothes. My skinny clothes are still waiting on me.

That is so great- i love when you can get into those clothes that you thought should be packed away for the garage sale! I also went on this diet with my hubby and my kids who are 16 and 13 are doing it with us-except they do get to eat bread! We all have seen a difference!A healthy lifestyle is good for everyone in the family!
