Good Monday morning...therapy once again today..actually thinking I’m gonna miss going once it’s over..the 45 minutes of pain..but always feeling so much better after the session..that’s still 30 or so days away...

Walmart today I think..been changing up food in menu some...thinking of doing 3day fast on weekend and just drinking juice from a lemon,grapefruit,and an orange...get my sinuses back under control...as always sounds good now..but who knows by weekend..

Been listening to dr sebi on you tube..so tired of tv and reruns..and learning new things to think about is good for the mind as well...

Well breakfast is over once again...kinda wanting to get on trainer and let them endorphins out..but can tell knees are puffy today from the 11mile ride yesterday on zwift..

I’m slowly beginning to think that zwift will become the way I get my morning rides...my left eyes vision is getting worse I can tell when I try to read magazines..least I have a road bike set up to ride inside..but not sure at this time about my carbon..

Until dr releases me..so many thoughts...and not a lot of answers...

We never think about what if..until it happens..life changes in an instance...for good or bad...my bicycle wreck..is never far from my daily thoughts..a freak accident...and yet..it plays back in my mind as if it just happened..it changed my life and the way I look at others riding...

Enjoy today...like it’s your last ...life is short..

I hear you on the "freak accident" thoughts, I keep thinking how lucky to not have permanent damage... wheelchair, broken back, scrambled brains...still no idea how things worked out the way they did, Someone was watching out for me... very thankful.
