125 grams of carbs. Worst day in 6 months. I feel it today. Lethargic, bloated, headache.

Back on the wagon with a fat fast in attempt to return to normal. I will also do a water/coffee fast Sunday through Tuesday to ensure I am back in ketosis.

I guess I had to find out what it is like to throw my LCHF way of eating out the window for a day. I am logging this journal so that I remember. It sucks. I want to go back to bed. Lesson learned.

Wow! A water fast Sunday through Tuesday! You are 'hard core'! :) I have never attempted that. I'm totally supporting you! PLEASE watch your electrolytes (taking an electrolyte concentrate morning, afternoon, and evening is required for me to not have 'symptoms'). Be kind to yourself :) Take Care!
