notes. so I think going down 5 more pounds then work on adding 5 pounds of lean body mass and i should be right where is hoped. I gave it a year but now I'm extending it a few months til my bday. and cutting some slack with having a back injury currently. plant based eating is like a dream" I just need to hone my cooking skills. its quite an adjustment to think outside the meat box. after PT I'm hoping I can build muscle naturally without the excessive powders that happen to be so unregulated that the toxins arw obscene! since the food is slimming the fat down nicely I'm very encouraged.
129.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week

Bit early to confirm 100%, but at this point it seems like I gain 3oz/100g muscle every day from just eating fairly lean meat. I'm at an ok weight, and seek muscle gain after a long time of weight loss. Large part of the weight loss was a 'moderate' protein Keto diet. Happy to hear how you plan this out. Think it will work well.

there are some that meet the needs. but if you can eat salmon that packs some nice protein
