Finally was enlightened about Starbucks matcha tea- its PRE SWEETENED! So I have No reason to ever go to that place. they are evil, making people sick with all the sugar they serve. sugar on top of sugar.
I remember ordering a green tea latte an told them I wanted no sweetener. she says we don't sweeten it, its milk and tea. Hahahahaha even the employees don't know. How stupid.
135.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
