I went back to look at doctor's records to see what my highest weight was and it was in Jan 2011 at 227 lbs. I have lost 41 pounds since then. :)

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 August 2012:
1994 kcal Fat: 92.14g | Prot: 79.03g | Carb: 205.34g.   Breakfast: Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Toasted Sour Dough Bread, Roasted Potato, Cooked Egg White. Lunch: yoplait strawberry shortcake light, thomas bagel thins, seedless strawberry, private selection organic peanut butter. Dinner: Island Fries, American Cheese, Hamburger Patty. Snacks/Other: Slow Churned Rich & Creamy Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Baked Naturals Cheese Crisps - Four Cheese, thomas bagel thins. more...

Thanks. I was still in the 220's earlier this year. Fatsecret has been a big help for keeping myself in check.
