Quick dinner! Pre-cooked chicken breast bundled in romaine with creamy burrata and buffalo sauce.

Burrata is a type of very soft, creamy fresh mozzarella. The red stuff is the Buffalo sauce.

OMG that looks delish - adding burrata to my list of things to find.

Yep! Burrata is sold in small container (like sour cream) with white balls of cheese in liquid, similar to fresh mozzarella in the fancy cheese section. The buffalo sauce is Frank’s Buffalo sayce (0 carbs).
