Haven’t checked in for quite a while. I’ve lost another 10 lbs which makes it 90 lbs total since January 8th, 2018. I’m living in numbers I had about given up hope of seeing again. 90 down, long ways to go.

284.0 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb. Still to go: 104.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
