Last year I weighed 300lbs, it it now April I weigh 182lbs it's been hard gave up a lot of carbs.,bread, candy,pizza, all the good things. I found keeping busy is my key, being disabled can't exercise very much. So I do a lot writing,making journals,paperwork,coloring. Things I like to do. I keep a food diary,if I am watching the amount of cal, fat, carbs. This keeps me aware of what I am eating. This works for me. I WILL NEVER WEIGH THAT MUCH EVER AGAIN I HAVE WORKED TOO HARD TO STOP NOW.THANKS Nattybun

I weigh myself every Saturday. Only once YOU MUST FIRST DO THIS STEP FIRST.PUT ON WHITE BOARD what you weighed ☆ ☆ ☆ put it where where you can see it, this helps reminds me want I need to keep going until next Saturday

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh every Saturday, and the day before, I fast all day, COFFEE only.
Don't weigh yourself more than once a week ! It really helps

New Out Look
I have some many secrets, my secrets to my way of losing weight. Limit BREAD, and candy, I eat licorice for my sweet , better for you. Drink coffee and eat a banana. Coffee fills me up, snack around 2-3 pm, and eat a small dinner, I put my food on a smaller plate , and it looks like a lot of food. It makes you full just looking at it. Snack around 7pm ( lite ) drink water, I don't like water so I drink ice tea. So try this, let me know. Nattybun May 8th 2018

New Out Look
Rolling Eyes aRolling Eyes Hi, it's Nattybun I would like to post of how much my like has changed. Last May ( 2118 ) I weighed 305 lbs ! !
One year later I now weigh 181 lbs. It was the hardest thing I have ever done. But now I feel so much better, used to have sleep antenna, but not now, I have so much more self confidence in myself, positive attitude, and the best thing , I used to wear 4X now X-large , no more plus size clothes. But now I am excited every day, to the things I like to do. I have worked so long and hard, I will look back. Much success to all of you, please follow me . Nattybun 5-8-18
