Excited for tomorrow’s weigh-in and praying it’s good after my first week on Keto, but one thing I’ve learned from this group is that if it isn’t good news, don’t quit!

Depends on how insulin resistant you are. If you're in ketosis and drinking the water you've eventually got to lose. 👍👍💕

fingers crossed! Weight loss on keto (and in general) can be aggravating LOL If you look at my logs, you'll see what I mean... But I'm still losing 2 months in.

I’m doing good with Keto. My blood sugars are super low. Only take 1/3 of the insulin I was prescribed. My goal is to be insulin free. Have too lose 140 lbs. 🤞🏽
