Higher today - I anticipated this as I have not gone to the bathroom in over a day so I am carrying a little "extra". Nothing to freak out about so I am going to stay the course.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 70.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
