Top o' the morning y'all!!!
I noticed something yesterday. How FULL I was feeling after lunch, I was uncomfortable. very uncomfortable.
So now I am wondering if I cut back on portion sizes, that's going to really reduce my caloric intake. Now the dieter in me sasy "waheey" about that, but is that going to be ok?
I am so pleased how I am doing and feeling on the Keto diet. My only complaint is a nagging minor headache. Headaches for me are scary as I have had a ruptured brain aneurysm and subsequent major brain surgery. I am waiting for supplements to come in the next week or so I am assuming they are going to help. I'm sure I just need to refine how and what I am eating, it's a learning process.
My energy levels are amazing now, but today I am going to just take it easy and give myself a bit of a break.
I also want to mention how much my husband is enjoying the food. ANd he REALLY likes his food hahhaha. It actually really helps him liking the food, i am not having to make too many different meals, and let's face it, I love making him happy at meal times. He is showing a lot of interest in the diet itself. I think he is going to see how I am after a month or so before he tries to fully commit. Im not sure how easy it would be for him because of his job. But I'm willing to help him as much as I can.
So, for this weekend I am going to just relax physically. Aside from housework I do a lot of food prep. I spend most of my day in the kitchen LOL. Good thing I like to cook.

yes if you are full you should stop eating when you are in the comfortable stage. I do eat too much on occasion too, but I don't like to be uncomfortable. Drinking tons of water is really important. Your suppliments will help when you get them. Do make sure that you don't go too low on your calories though you need enough to get through your activities. Glad to hear you are so happy. My husband is enjoying the new recipes too.
