3 beer was all it took to knock me out of ketosis. I was on the low end of high before the beer. From now on it's nothing but vodka and soda with lime. I have 5 of them the other night and it didn't knock me out of ketosis. So I'll be fasting tonight, and back to my new normal tomorrow. But I am happy to know I can put my body in that state and maintain it.
