I'm seriously a picky eater, worse than my kids probably. I've been eating lots of veggies, and fruits, and I am super happy my kids have been adjusting well to the different foods we have in the house now. I've always been pretty active, beside walking everyday the kids and I are outside a lot gardening, and at the beach....but the one thing I've been doing different is eating right, and now I'm down 2 lbs! Wish I had made this change months ago!! :)
