really need to cut down on the caffeine...Has anyone cut it out of their diet or limited it? I get crazy headaches by lunch if I don't have any. I wonder how long it takes to withdraw I guess from it :/

Starting tomorrow I am cutting out caffeine. I done this once before and it took about 5 days of headaches and feeling awful and then on the 6th day I woke up and felt awesome. I am mad at myself for getting back into the habit of drinking caffeine again. I am the same way, crazy headaches by noon. Good luck with it!!!

Or - instead of quitting cold and having actual withdrawal symptoms - taper yourself off over a five day period! Just do less and less each day until you reach no caffeine.
