forgot to take a pic at the gym but i did it!! 530am.... cardio and 30 crunches with a weight ball :)

The way I convince myself is I remind myself of how good I feel headed in to work...I'm wiiiide awake and perky and ready to start the day when everyone else is groggy and still waking up and it gets it over with so I can be lazy after work!!
