dad is visiting from Michigan....got caught up in eating :(. I tried to at least not go too crazy and stopped to log my food so I would be forced to see what I had put into my body...it helped me fight off the urge to eat cookies with them at least....only 100 calories over maintenance for my size? my mom is sick so she cancelled our 5am gym session but I'm gonna try and go without her. Pray that I'm strong...it's so easy to hit snooze at that hour!
