Well, I haven't been able to lose in phase three, so I am going back to phase one on Monday. I have been doing my workouts and eating pretty fairly, but just can't bust through this plateau. I didn't want to go back into phase one, but I am gonna do it. I had alot of success with it the first time so hopefully this time goes as well. If anyone has any good tips for making phase one a little easier, let me know.

Hang in there....I had the same problem. It gets frustrating, but don't give up! I did end up switching to the EFS...it is helping, but you do hit a point that you have no more to loose, then you need to concentrate on toning....that is what I am doing....but remember to keep your chin up, you are doing great!
