Need Your Thoughts On This..
Weight 195.6 Daily cals. 2, 000
Over ate 244cal. Total 2,244cals
Swimming Deficit..916cals.
Ate back 244cals. to my 2,000cals
with a 672 deficit in reserve.
Morning Weigh In 198.6 exactly
Gain 3lbs this morning, stumped..

Did you talk nice to the scale murph....I’ve noticed...weight fluctuates so much from one day to next...keep consistent...it’s gonna pay off

Have you considered tracking a 7 day moving average of your scale weight? It is unrealistic to expect that one's estimated daily deficit would directly translate into a next day change in scale weight. Day to day scale movements are largely driven by water, and unless you are fasting or on a VLCD, largely meaningless. A moving average smoothes out the day to day noise in scale weight data, and will track very closely to your actual surplus or deficit over the preceding week (or whatever).

Good Points!! I know weight fluctuations are everyday but this to me was insane..Doing a weekly average may work out better being on maintenance now..But I'm green at doing something like that..one l don't trust myself to even it out through the wk and get good results at the end..2ndly I've never done it that way so given some good examples l should try it. Normally l'm at 2,000cals daily..l do a 10% defecit..200cals less to 1800 and it works great have a daily min.loss. So yes any advice on the wkly average would help me keep my sanity.

Thankyou for the advice..wkly averages may keep me sane..until then I'll be insane until l can be a pro at it like all of you..and I'm thinking everyone might be right about being blocked..anyway...I'm elected to grill pork strips tonight with all the trimmings for company so maybe that will push out yesterday's overload that still in me...hahaha😰
