yesterday evening I lost all motivation and was like I just don't care... then I remembered why I started all this again. it wasn't for weight loss though that will be an awesome side effect. it was for my blood sugar...so back at it again.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 July 2018:
1246 kcal Fat: 43.92g | Prot: 75.65g | Carb: 133.13g.   Breakfast: Maple Grove Farms Sugar Free Syrup, Souper Salad Raisins, Kroger Old Fashioned Oatmeal, Kroger Big K Diet Ginger Ale. Lunch: Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Albertsons Chopped Turnip Greens with Diced Turnips, Canned Salmon. Dinner: Oatmeal Sandwich Cookie with Creme Filling, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Pork Loin (Tenderloin, Lean Only), Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans. Snacks/Other: 2% Fat Milk, Kellogg's Frosted Flakes. more...

It's not easy but you can do it. If you can it's better to control your blood sugar with diet than with medication.

Definitely better with diet. I am mostly in a wheelchair so exercise is elusive. Am open to suggestions as I have some mobility. Walking isn't an option. Riding an exercise bike I can do. Wondering if that would help.

When my mom was barely able to walk physical therapy had her doing upper body exercises with light weights and bands, and bands plus things like leg lifts from sitting and bending her knees to her chest. Yes if you can ride the bike this would be good.

I came for the weight loss, but now I'm here for the blood sugar reduction too.
