My last year has been hell. I've strayed so far from healthy eating it's not even funny. I've gained back every pound I lost when I went on ozempic. They have changed me to mounjero and I'm going to try to get back on my diet. last year I lost weight kept track of my food and everything and then my grandma passed away and I had to remodel my house before we moved back and easy food got me off track. any advice on cheap easy high protein low carb food is appreciated. also things to pack for lunch at work with no fridge and no cooler would be helpful. thank you all in advance.

my grandma passed away a week and a few days ago. since then I've been on the run handling business and it's been hard to keep up with eating right. I'm logging it all anyway. hopefully in a month or two everything can settle down and I can resume my WOE. Rest in peace my sweet granny Teddie...
