Not if it fits within your calorie goals. If the scale moves in a deficit, it's just water weight. And yes, I do love cereal. It's life.

I'd be more concerned for my health on keto. I'd have to supplement fiber, magnesium, sodium, potassium and what else? I don't really do veggies. I'd also look like death. Hoho
